Why Is My eSIM Still Showing as Pending?

In most cases, the eSIM provisioning process is instantaneous, meaning you should receive your eSIM and be able to activate it immediately. However, if your eSIM is still showing as pending, here’s what you need to know.

Normal Processing Time

✅ The eSIM should be provisioned almost instantly after purchase.
✅ In rare cases, it may take up to 10 minutes due to network congestion or delays from our partner systems.

What to Do If Your eSIM Is Still Pending

If more than 10 minutes have passed and your eSIM is still marked as pending:

Refresh the page – Try logging out and back into your account.
Check your email – Your eSIM details may have already been sent.
Go to the Nesa Mobile App or Dashboard:
