I Haven’t Received an Email Containing the QR Code for My eSIM

If you haven't received the email with your eSIM QR code, follow these steps to locate it or resolve the issue.

Check Your Email Inbox (Including Spam & Junk Folders)

The email containing your eSIM QR code is sent automatically after your order is processed. If you don’t see it:
Check your Spam/Junk folder – Some email providers may filter the email as spam.
Look in the "Promotions" or "Updates" tabs (for Gmail users).
Search for "Nesa Mobile" or "Your eSIM is Ready! 🌎✈️" in your email search bar.

Check Your Dashboard or Mobile App

If you still don’t see the email, you can access your QR code directly from the website or mobile app:

🌍 On the website:

  1. Log in with your account

  2. Navigate to "My eSIMs" and find your plan

📱 On the mobile app:

  1. Open the Nesa Mobile App

  2. Tap on "My eSIMs"

  3. Select your eSIM plan to view the QR code

Email Display Issues – Why You Might Not See the QR Code

Some email clients may block the QR code from displaying properly due to:

  • Security settings or image blocking

  • Strict email filtering rules

  • Outdated email app versions

If the QR code isn't visible in the email:
✅ Try opening the email in a different email client or web browser.
✅ If using an iPhone or iPad, disable Mail Privacy Protection (Settings > Mail > Privacy Protection).
✅ Open the email on a desktop instead of mobile.

If you've tried all the above steps and still don’t have access to your QR code, contact Nesa Mobile Support with your order details. We’ll resend your QR code as soon as possible!
