You can top up or renew your plan through our website or mobile app. Log into your account, select your active plan, and choose the renewal or top-up option. Your new plan will activate once your current plan expires.

Please keep in mind that some plans are not able to be topped up. If you purchased a single use eSIM you will not be able to reload those plans. If you selected a Unlimited plan, you have to make sure you purchase the exact number of days you need, they cannot be reloaded unfortunately.
